Objectives of Study: |
1. Main objective: To establish a multi-task and multi-source ultrasound imaging database for gallbladder diseases, and to develop a deep learning model for preoperative identification of the nature of gallbladder diseases based on ultrasound images. 2. Secondary objective: To create an ultrasound intelligent diagnosis and treatment system covering the "entire process and entire cycle" of gallbladder disease screening, diagnosis and prediction. |

1.已有超声或CT等影像学检查,发现有胆囊占位性或厚壁型病变的非急性胆囊炎患者;2. 患者均拟接受外科手术治疗;3. 患者在外科手术治疗前两周内内行常规超声及超声造影检查;4. 患者年龄>18岁,<80岁。 |

Inclusion criteria |
1. Patients with non-acute cholecystitis who have undergone imaging examinations such as ultrasound or CT and have been found to have gallbladder occupying or thick-walled lesions; 2. All patients are planned to receive surgical treatment; 3. Patients underwent routine ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound examinations within two weeks before surgical treatment; 4. Patients are aged between 18 and 80 years old. |

1 Patients who have received other comprehensive treatments (such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, etc.) before the surgical operation; 2. Patients whose postoperative pathological diagnosis is only gallbladder stones; 3. Patients whose postoperative pathological diagnosis is unclear; 4. Patients with potential allergic risks to contrast-enhanced ultrasound. |

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC: |
现场医生负责收集病例的信息、采集病例多模态超声图像,并完成病例报告表 (CRF详见附表),并及时上传给项目负责人。为了确保数据的安全及隐私保护,所有数据均存储于复旦大学附属中山医院超声科中,数据获取需获得本研究负责人的批准,仅本中心(复旦大学附属中山医院)人员能获取相关数据,模型的建立和调整在本中心参与人员电脑中完成,不涉及数据外调。禁止私自修改CRF表格信息,否则被视为无效病例。研究者应保留所有研究表格及信息复印件。按照国际相关规定,所有设计本研究的图像及数据需要保存至少5年。 1.回顾性研究数据管理:(1)数据采集:将从医院数据库中收集2020.01.01-2024.09.30的患者数据,包括临床资料、超声检查结果、病理结果等。(2)关键字段:包括患者的基本信息(如年龄、性别)、临床表现、超声特征、病理诊断、治疗方法和随访结果等。(3)数据治理计划:所有数据将由本研究小组组员进行收集和录入,定期进行数据质量核查。数据隐私和安全将严格遵循相关法规,确保患者信息的保密性。 2.前瞻性研究数据管理:(1)数据采集和管理:使用电子数据采集系统进行数据的采集、存储和管理。该系统将由专业的IT团队定期维护和更新。(2)质量核查和管理计划:本研究小组组员将负责监督数据的采集、录入和处理流程。对数据的完整性、准确性和及时性进行定期核查,以确保研究的质量。对于每个数据点的录入,将实施双重数据录入和验证过程,以减少错误和遗漏。(3)训练和指导:为所有参与数据管理的工作人员提供必要的EDC系统培训和操作指南,确保理解数据录入和处理的标准操作程序。(4)定期报告和会议:定期举行数据管理会议,讨论数据收集和管理中的问题,及时解决可能出现的问题。 |

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
The on-site doctors are responsible for collecting the information of the cases, acquiring the multi-modal ultrasound images of the cases, completing the case report form (CRF, see the attached table), and uploading it to the project leader in a timely manner. To ensure the security and privacy protection of the data, all data are stored in the Ultrasound Department of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University. Data acquisition requires approval from the person in charge of this study, and only the personnel of this center (Fudan University Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital) can obtain the relevant data. The establishment and adjustment of the model are completed on the computers of the participating personnel of this center, and there is no data transfer outside. It is prohibited to privately modify the CRF form information; otherwise, it will be regarded as an invalid case. Researchers should retain all research forms and information copies. According to international regulations, all images and data designed for this study need to be saved for at least 5 years. 1. Retrospective study data management: (1) Data collection: Collect patient data from the hospital database from January 1, 2020 to September 30, 2024, including clinical data, ultrasound examination results, pathological results, etc. (2) Key fields: Include basic patient information (such as age, gender), clinical manifestations, ultrasound characteristics, pathological diagnosis, treatment methods, and follow-up results, etc. (3) Data governance plan: All data will be collected and entered by the members of the research group, and data quality checks will be conducted regularly. Data privacy and security will strictly follow relevant regulations to ensure the confidentiality of patient information. 2. Prospective study data management: (1) Data collection and management: Use an electronic data collection system for data collection, storage, and management. This system will be maintained and updated by a professional IT team on a regular basis. (2) Quality verification and management plan: The members of the research group will be responsible for supervising the data collection, entry, and processing procedures. Regular checks will be conducted on the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of the data to ensure the quality of the study. For each data point entry, a double data entry and verification process will be implemented to reduce errors and omissions. (3) Training and guidance: Provide necessary EDC system training and operation guidelines to all personnel involved in data management to ensure understanding of the standard operating procedures for data entry and processing. (4) Regular reports and meetings: Hold data management meetings regularly to discuss issues in data collection and management, and promptly solve potential problems. |
