研究目的：

1、建立包含500例以上多维度、标准化、结构化ICH患者数据库； 2、探究ICH患者复发相关风险因素； 3、开发ICH精准复发风险分层工具。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish a database comprising over 500 cases of ICH patients with multi-dimensional, standardized, and structured data. 2. Investigate risk factors associated with ICH recurrence. 3. Develop a precision risk stratification tool for ICH recurrence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.于上海市养志康复医院住院的近期发生过首次自发性幕上脑出血的患者； 2.年龄＞18岁； 3.行常规头颅CT检查，且图像质量符合诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients hospitalized at Shanghai Yangzhi Rehabilitation Hospital with recent first-episode spontaneous supratentorial intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). 2. Age > 18 years. 3. Underwent routine head CT scan with image quality meeting diagnostic standards.

排除标准：

1.继发性脑出血的疾病，包括脑肿瘤、颅内动脉瘤、颅内血管畸形、颅内静脉窦血栓形成和脑梗死出血转化； 2.系统性疾病所致脑出血； 3.药物相关性脑出血。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary causes of ICH, including: Cerebral tumors Intracranial aneurysms Intracranial vascular malformations Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis Hemorrhagic transformation of cerebral infarction; 2. Drug-related ICH. 3. ICH caused by systemic diseases.

The de-identified individual participant data (IPD) collected in this study will be publicly shared starting 12 months after the publication of the primary research results, for a period of 6 years. Shared data include: demographic characteristics, laboratory measures, and imaging metrics. Data will be made available through the Public Management Platform for Clinical Research (http://www.medresman.org.cn). Data will be provided in CSV format along with complete data dictionaries and the study protocol. Sensitive data (e.g., raw imaging files) are not included in the shared dataset.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

通过制定纳排标准、标准化图像采集参数、数据脱敏等程序，对ICH患者临床病史、实验室检查、头颅CT/MRI图像进行标准化采集。将ICH患者数据进行分类、分层次存储，通过影像编号对多维度信息进行关联，实现结构化、智能化存储。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Through established procedures—including defined inclusion/exclusion criteria, standardized image acquisition parameters, and data de-identification—clinical histories, laboratory tests, and head CT/MRI images of ICH patients are systematically collected.The ICH patient data is then categorized and hierarchically stored, with multi-dimensional information linked via imaging IDs, enabling structured and intelligent data management.
