研究目的：

本项研究拟探讨基于数字疗法框架的居家管理平台在腹部切口愈合不良患者中的应用效果，并对其进行卫生经济学评价。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the application effect of a home-based management platform within a digital therapeutic framework in patients with poor healing of abdominal incisions, along with conducting a health economic evaluation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18 周岁; 2.接受腹部手术（包括传统开放手术或腹腔镜/腹腔镜辅助手术，形成实际腹部切口者； 术式包括但不限于胃肠道、肝胆、泌尿及妇科类手术）; 3.根据中华人民共和国国家卫生健康委员会《医院感染诊断标准》（试行）规定，诊断 为切口愈合等级乙级（即愈合不佳，愈合部位伴有炎性反应（如血肿、红肿、硬结、积液等） 但无化脓症状）或者丙级（即切口化脓，需作切开引流处理）者; 4.意识清楚，能熟练读写中文，具有表达能力，能清晰描述自身照护过程与问题; 5.自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Undergoing abdominal surgery (including traditional open surgery or laparoscopic/laparoscopy-assisted surgery, resulting in an actual abdominal incision; procedures include but are not limited to gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, urinary, and gynecological surgeries); 3. According to the "Hospital Infection Diagnosis Criteria (Trial)" issued by the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China, diagnosed with grade B incision healing (i.e., poor healing, with inflammatory response at the healing site such as hematoma, redness, induration, effusion, etc., but without purulent symptoms) or grade C (i.e., purulent incision requiring incision and drainage); 4. Conscious, proficient in reading and writing Chinese, able to express oneself, and can clearly describe personal care processes and problems; 5. Voluntary participation in this study and signing of the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并严重心脑血管疾病、造血系统疾病、肝肾功能障碍或其他严重内分泌系统疾病者; 2.合并肿瘤远处转移和淋巴结转移患者; 3.预期生存时间<1 年者; 4.孤寡老人、生活无法自理者; 5.弱势群体，包括精神疾病者、认知损伤者、危重患者、孕妇、文盲等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with combined severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hematopoietic system diseases, hepatic or renal dysfunction, or other severe endocrine system disorders; 2.Patients with combined distant tumor metastasis and lymph node metastasis; 3.Patients with an anticipated survival of less than 1 year; 4.Elderly individuals living alone or those unable to perform self-care; 5.Vulnerable populations, including individuals with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, pregnant women, and illiterate persons.
