研究目的：

利用不同机器学习方法创建和验证老年患者胸外科手术后PPCs发生率模型，用于预测PPCs风险。同时使用沙普利加性解释方法解释相关模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Development and validation of machine learning models to predict postoperative pulmonary complications (PPCs) in elderly patients undergoing thoracic surgery, with interpretation using Shapley Additive Explanations (SHAP).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥65岁； 2.接受胸外科手术，包括肺部手术、食道手术、气道手术、纵隔手术； 3.接受全身麻醉的患者被纳入研究； 4.患者知情同意自愿参加，并亲自或由法定监护人签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 65 years; 2.Undergoing thoracic surgery, including lung surgery, esophageal surgery, airway surgery, or mediastinal surgery; 3.Patients who received general anesthesia were included in the study; 4.Patients provided informed consent to participate voluntarily, and the informed consent form was signed by the patient in person or by their legal guardian

排除标准：

1.年龄小于65岁； 2.术前合并严重心肺疾病； 3.术前机械通气；4.远程手术； 5.术后计划12h出院； 6.术前预计术后入住ICU病房； 7.术后再次手术； 8.有数据丢失者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age < 65 years; 2.Preoperative severe cardiopulmonary disease; 3.Preoperative mechanical ventilation; 4.Remote surgery; 5.Planned discharge within 12 hours after surgery; 6.Preoperative expectation of ICU admission postoperatively; 7.Postoperative reoperation; 8.Patients with data loss
