研究目的：

利用转录组学联合全基因组甲基化测序寻找年龄相关性白内障的关键应答基因，并阐释其在LEC衰老调控中的重要作用及其分子机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Transcriptomics combined with genome-wide methylation sequencing was used to identify key response genes for age-related cataracts, and to elucidate their important role in the regulation of LEC aging and its molecular mechanism.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 50-90 岁的男女性； 2.经过眼科专科医生确诊为白内障； 3.由患者本人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Men and women aged 50 to 90; 2. Diagnosed with cataract by an ophthalmologist; 3. The informed consent form shall be signed by the patient himself/herself.

排除标准：

1.合并其他严重眼科或全身性疾病； 2.既往接受过眼内治疗或眼部手术的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Combined with other serious ophthalmic or systemic diseases;
2.Patients with previous intraocular therapy or ocular surgery.
