研究目的：

本研究通过回顾性、真实世界临床研究，分析系统性红斑狼疮患者的血常规、尿常规、自身免疫抗体及及相关生化指标，比较泰它西普与传统治疗的疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the efficacy and safety of Telitacicept and conventional treatment in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus was compared by retrospective analysis of blood routine tests, urinalysis, autoantibodies, and related biochemical indicators in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合系统性红斑狼疮诊断标准；狼疮性肾炎患者符合 2021 改善全球肾脏疾病预后组织肾小球疾病管理临床实践指南狼疮性肾炎分类标准； 2.年龄为>=16岁且＜65 岁； 3.接受泰它西普治疗>=4 周。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for systemic lupus erythematosus; patients with lupus nephritis meet the 2021 Clinical Practice Guidelines for the Management of Glomerular Diseases to Improve Global Kidney Disease Outcomes for Lupus Nephritis classification criteria; 2. Age >=16 years and <65 years; 3. Receive telitacicept treatment for >=4 weeks.

排除标准：

1.年龄＜16 岁或>=65 岁； 2.对泰它西普或任何赋形剂的活性物质过敏； 3.接受泰它西普治疗时间＜4 周； 4.合并其他自身免疫性疾病； 5.恶性肿瘤； 6.严重感染性疾病； 7.神经精神性狼疮脑病； 8.妊娠及哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age <16 years or >=65 years; 2.Known hypersensitivity to the active substance or any excipients of Telitacicept; 3.Duration of Telitacicept treatment <4 weeks; 4.Presence of other concomitant autoimmune diseases; 5.Malignancy; 6.Severe infectious diseases; 7.Neuropsychiatric lupus encephalopathy; 8.Pregnancy or lactation.
