研究目的：

1.观察肝移植患儿围术期的心肌型脂肪酸结合蛋白变化规律； 2.通过 H-FABP水平定量对术中患儿进行危险分层，明确它与术后心血管不良事件和并发症的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Objective To observe the perioperative changes of myocardial fatty acid binding protein in children with liver transplantation; 2.The H-FABP level was used to quantify the risk stratification of intraoperative children, and clarify its relationship with postoperative cardiovascular adverse events and complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄<=2 岁； 2.诊断为胆道闭锁拟行亲体肝移植术的患儿； 3.麻醉分级（ASA 分级）为 III～IV 级； 4.心功能分级 I～II 级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age<=2 years; 2. Children diagnosed with biliary atresia who are going to undergo parental liver transplantation; 3. Anesthesia grade (ASA grade) is III~IV; 4. Cardiac function grade I~II.

排除标准：

1.再次肝移植； 2.术前合并心、肺、肾功能不全及肝性脑病； 3.术前合并先天性疾病； 4.拒绝参与本临床试验的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Re-liver transplantation; 2. Preoperative combination of heart, lung, kidney insufficiency and hepatic encephalopathy; 3. Congenital diseases before surgery; 4. Children who refuse to participate in this clinical trial.
