研究目的：

筛选健康体检人群中与衰老相关的血液生物标志物，建立生物学年龄预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Screening for aging-associated blood biomarkers in a healthy physical examination population to establish a biological age prediction model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 大于18岁，男女不限； 2. 无恶性肿瘤或严重心、肺、肾、肝功能障碍； 3. 自愿同意参加本项研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age > 18 years, regardless of gender. 2. Absence of malignancies or severe dysfunction of the heart, lungs, kidneys, or liver. 3. Voluntary agreement to participate in this study and provision of signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 重复入组个体； 2. 患有感染性疾病、传染病和寄生虫病； 3. 患有血液和造血器官疾病以及某些涉及免疫机能的异常； 4. 合并恶性肿瘤或严重心、肺、肾、肝功能障碍； 5. 患有先天性畸形、变形和染色体异常； 6. 孕期或哺乳期妇女； 7. 患者本?或近亲属无法理解或签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with repeated enrollment. 2. History of infectious diseases, communicable diseases, or parasitic diseases. 3. History of diseases of the blood and blood-forming organs, as well as certain disorders involving the immune mechanism. 4. Presence of comorbid malignancies or severe cardiac, pulmonary, renal, or hepatic dysfunction. 5. History of congenital malformations, deformations, and chromosomal abnormalities. 6. Women who are pregnant or lactating. 7. Individuals or their immediate relatives are unable to comprehend or sign the informed consent form.
