研究目的：

1、 揭示语言网络在推理任务中的动态功能分化机制 2、 开发解剖约束的脑激活非线性映射算法 3、 建立语言网络-推理行为表现的预测性神经标记  

Objectives of Study：

1：Unveil the dynamic functional specialization mechanisms of the language network during reasoning tasks 2：Develop an anatomy-constrained nonlinear mapping algorithm for brain activation patterns 3：Establish predictive neural markers linking the language network to reasoning behavioral performance

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-35岁，性别不限，右利手； 2.无精神分裂症史及神经系统疾病； 3.头颅MRI无异常发现； 4.能够配合完成MRI扫描； 5.签署知情同意书，自愿参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18–35 years, any gender, right-handed. 2. No history of schizophrenia or neurological disorders. 3. No abnormalities detected on brain MRI. 4. Able to cooperate with MRI scanning procedures. 5. Signed informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

排除标准：

1.存在MRI禁忌证（如体内金属植入物，幽闭恐惧症）； 2.存在神经系统疾病等； 3.妊娠或哺乳期女性； 4.无法配合完成MRI扫描； 5.近期（6个月内）有重大手术或外伤史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. MRI contraindications (e.g., metal implants, claustrophobia); 2. History of neurological disorders or related conditions; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Inability to comply with MRI scanning procedures; 5. Major surgery or traumatic injury within the past 6 months.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

被试将接受磁共振扫描仪进行的MRI检查，采用T1加权、T2加权、任务fMRI扫描序列。影像采集由经验丰富的放射科技师完成。影像数据充分脱敏后由研究组按照国家及医院相关要求备份保存。当必要的实验完成或受试者要求退出研究后，立即删除研究组所持相关备份。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Subjects will undergo MRI examinations conducted in the scanner, including T1-weighted, T2-weighted, and task-based fMRI sequences. Image acquisition will be performed by experienced radiologic technicians. Following comprehensive de-identification, imaging data will be backed up and stored by the research team in compliance with national regulations and institutional policies. All research-held backups will be permanently deleted upon completion of necessary experiments or at the participant's request to withdraw from the study.
