研究目的：

基于多组学和机器学习，研发一款精准、高效的口腔鳞癌智能诊断模型  

Objectives of Study：

Based on multi-omics and machine learning, develop an accurate and efficient intelligent diagnostic model for oral squamous cell carcinoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

试验组： （1）大于或大于等于18岁以上； （2）男女不限； （3）治疗阶段：未接受、正在接受放化疗治的口腔鳞状细胞癌患者。 （4）诊断组：病理明确诊断为口腔鳞状细胞癌的患者； （5）筛查组：口腔鳞状细胞癌高风险人群： 1）已确诊为口腔白斑、红斑的患者， 2）有家族史或遗传易感性导致的高风险患者， 3）长期暴露于已知致癌因子的患者（如烟草、酒精、槟榔）大于等于10年； 4）口腔中有未明确诊断但高度怀疑癌变的病变。 健康对照组： （1）大于或大于等于18岁以上； （2）男女不限； （3）无口腔鳞癌。

Inclusion criteria

Experimental Group: (1) Be 18 years of age or older; (2) No gender restrictions; (3) Treatment Stage: Patients diagnosed with oral squamous cell carcinoma who have not previously received or are currently undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy; (4) Diagnostic Group: Patients with a confirmed pathological diagnosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma; (5) Screening Group: High-risk population for oral squamous cell carcinoma, including: ?1) Patients diagnosed with oral leukoplakia or erythroplasia; ?2) Individuals with a family history or genetic predisposition to oral squamous cell carcinoma; ?3) Patients with long-term exposure (10 years or more) to known carcinogens such as tobacco, alcohol, or betel nuts; ?4) Patients with oral lesions highly suspicious of malignancy but not yet diagnosed. Healthy Control Group: (1) Be 18 years of age or older; (2) No gender restrictions; (3) No history or current diagnosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma.

排除标准：

（1）合并其他部位恶性肿瘤患者； （2）已经参加其他临床研究的患者； （3）存在严重精神疾病或认知障碍，无法理解和遵守研究要求的患者； （4）正在接受可能影响研究结果的药物治疗（如抗生素、消炎药）且无法停药的患者； （5）有吸毒或酗酒行为，影响研究依从性的患者； （6）法律或伦理规定不适合参加本研究的患者； （7）研究者认为不适合纳入研究的患者（如有可能影响研究结果的其他因素）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with malignant tumors in other parts of the body; (2) Patients who have already participated in other clinical studies; (3) Patients with severe mental illness or cognitive impairment who are unable to understand and comply with the research requirements; (4) Patients who are undergoing drug treatment that may affect the research results (such as antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs) and are unable to stop taking the medication; (5) Patients with drug abuse or alcoholism that affects their compliance with the study; (6) Patients who are not suitable to participate in this study as stipulated by law or ethics; (7) Patients who the researcher deems unsuitable for inclusion in the study (such as those with other factors that may affect the study results).
