研究目的：

探讨新入科住院医师学习鼻咽通气道置管并掌握该技术所需要的最少操作例数，探究学习规律，为临床麻醉医师鼻咽通气道置管资格准入标准的制定和技能培训提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the minimum number of cases required for new resident physicians to learn nasopharyngeal airway intubation and master this technique, explore the learning rules, and provide reference for the establishment of qualification standards and skill training for clinical anesthesiologists.

纳入标准：

患者：（1）拟行无痛胃肠镜检查（2）术前均行血常规、凝血功能、肝肾功能、心电图、胸部X线检查综合评估患者，均无明显非插管全身麻醉禁忌证（3）为减少无痛胃肠镜检查过程患者低氧血症发生率，麻醉医生在给予麻醉药后置入鼻咽通气道为常规临床操作，符合正常流程，患者不是本研究的研究对象之一。 操作者：选择同年进科的10名麻醉学第一年住院医师，每位住院医师的训练经历相似，能熟练掌握声门上气道的局部解剖知识，并接受过模拟操作训练，但从未接触或操作过鼻咽通气道置管，所以他们对于该技术的认知程度基本相似。10名住院医师均统一由同一位经验丰富的高年资主治医师进行鼻咽通气道置管的技术指导，然后观看具体操作录像以及带教老师的临床操作演示，之后在上级医师指导下进行临床实际操作。

Inclusion criteria

Patients: (1) Painless gastroenteroscopy was proposed, (2) Preoperative blood routine, coagulation function, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram, and chest X-ray examination were comprehensively evaluated, and there were no obvious contraindications to non-intubated general anesthesia (3) In order to reduce the incidence of hypoxemia in patients during painless gastroenteroscopy, the anesthesiologist inserted the nasopharyngeal ventilation tract after administering anesthesia as a routine clinical operation, which was in line with the normal process, and the patient was not one of the research subjects of this study. Operator: 10 first-year anesthesiology residents who entered the department in the same year were selected, each of whom had similar training experience, was proficient in the local anatomy of the supraglottic airway, and had received simulation operation training, but had never touched or operated the nasopharyngeal ventilation tract catheterization, so their awareness of this technique was basically similar. The 10 residents were all given technical guidance on nasopharyngeal ventilation catheterization by the same experienced senior attending physician, and then watched the specific operation video and the clinical operation demonstration of the teacher, and then carried out clinical practice under the guidance of the superior physician.
