研究目的：

聚焦护士群体健康相关拖延行为的现状及其影响因素。从行为能力、动机、触发机制三要素出发，探究社会支持、成就动机、自我感知健康状况等因素对护士健康拖延行为的作用机制  

Objectives of Study：

The present study focuses on the current status of health-related procrastination behaviors among nurses and their influencing factors. By examining the three key elements of behavioral capability, motivation, and triggering mechanisms, this research explores how factors such as social support, achievement motivation, and self-perceived health status impact nurses' health procrastination behaviors.

纳入标准：

1.知情同意参与本研究； 2.获得护士执业资格证； 3.从事临床护理工作≥12 个月；

Inclusion criteria

1. Informed consent to participate in the study;Exclusion; 2. Obtain the nurse practicing certificate; 3. from Clinical nursing work ≥12 months.

排除标准：

1.实习以及进修护士。
2.不在岗超过3个月及以上；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Trainee and learning nurses. 2. Not on duty for more than three months;
