研究目的：

回顾性分析9例头面部带状疱疹后神经痛患者的介入治疗效果，评价超声引导下平面内后穿刺入路进行颈部背根神经节介入治疗技术的安全性和可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

Injection or pulsed radiofrequency (PRF) of dorsal root ganglion (DRG) in cervical region is a well-established treatment for refractory craniofacial pain. This study aims to describe a posterior, in-plane approach that enables precise positioning of the DRGs in the cervical region under real-time ultrasound guidance.

纳入标准：

1.年龄14到80岁；
2.曾因头面部带状疱疹在北京协和医院麻醉科疼痛门诊行介入治疗；

Inclusion criteria

14-80 years old;
1.Patients with postherpetic neuralgia affecting the head and face had previously received treatment at the Pain Clinic, Department of Anesthesiology, Peking Union Medical College Hospital.

排除标准：

1.患者拒绝；
