研究目的：

(1)描述脑肿瘤患儿父母养育倦怠的现状； (2)描述脑肿瘤患儿父母支持性照护需求的现状； (3)描述脑肿瘤患儿父母社会支持的现状； (4)探讨脑肿瘤患儿父母养育倦怠与支持性照护需求及社会支持的关系；  

Objectives of Study：

To describe the status of parental burnout of children with brain tumors; To describe the current status of parental supportive care needs in children with brain tumors; To describe the current situation of the social support of the parents of children with brain tumors; To explore the relationship between parental burnout and supportive care needs and social support in children with brain tumors;

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1患儿纳入标准： (1)患儿≤14岁； (2)经病理或实验室及影像学检查确诊为脑肿瘤，参照2023年V1版《美国国立综合癌症网络儿童中枢神经系统肿瘤实践指南》的诊断标准；
1.(3)确诊脑肿瘤≥3个月。
2父母纳入标准： (1)父母是主要照顾者（每周平均照护患儿时间最长者）；
2.(2)语言沟通、理解能力正常，能正确阅读和填写问卷者； 同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Inclusion criteria for the pediatric: Affected children Child 14 years old brain tumors are diagnosed by pathological or laboratory and imaging examinations, refer to the diagnostic criteria of the 2023 V1 edition of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network of Children; 2.The brain tumor was diagnosed at 3 months; 3.The criteria for parental inclusion: Parents are the main caregivers (those with the longest average time of care for the child per week); 4.Normal language communication and understanding ability, who can read and fill in the questionnaire correctly, Consent to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.父母患有患有精神类疾病或认知功能障碍者； 2.家庭中除脑肿瘤患儿外还有1个及以上患有心、脑、肾或血液系统重大疾病的子女； 3.父母近1个月内经历了重大创伤事件(如：自然灾害、家庭其他成员死亡或离异等)。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Parents with mental illness or cognitive dysfunction;
2.In addition to children with brain tumors, there are one or more children with major diseases of the heart, brain, kidney or blood system;
3.The parents experienced major traumatic events (such as natural disasters, death of other family members or divorce).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：电子病历系统采集患儿诊断、病历分型等相关资料；电子问卷收集患儿父母的自测量表资料。 数据管理：问卷星数据导出至带密码的储存设备，有研究者保存并备份至带密码的云盘。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection: electronic medical records system collects child diagnosis and classification; electronic questionnaire collects self-measurement data of parents of the children. Data management: the questionnaire star data is exported to the storage equipment with password, saved and backed up to the cloud disk with password.
