研究目的：

1.本研究将通过分子生物学技术析等，系统研究中西医结合治疗对泌尿系统肿瘤细胞的，如基因测序、蛋白质组学分分子调控网络的影响，特别是其对肿瘤免疫微环境的重塑作用。深入探讨中西医结合治疗泌尿系统肿瘤（如前列腺癌、膀胱癌、肾癌等）肿瘤的分子机制，重点关注其在免疫调节机制中的作用。通过分析免疫细胞浸润、细胞因子表达、免疫检查点蛋白的调控，揭示中西医结合治疗对肿瘤免疫微环境的调节机制，以及其如何通过增强免疫反应来抑制肿瘤生长和转移，从而提高免疫治疗的效果; 2.揭示中西医结合治疗泌尿系统肿瘤的分子基础，探索中药与西药协同作用的分子机制，特别是其在免疫调节中的协同效应。寻找泌尿系统肿瘤的预测治疗反应的生物标志物，评估中西医结合治疗对肿瘤微环境的影响，促进抗肿瘤免疫反应中的作用，为泌尿系肿瘤的基础研究及药物靶点发现提供重要线索，进一步阐明中西医结合治疗在免疫调节中的独特优势; 3.通过这些研究，我们期望为中西医结合治疗泌尿系统肿瘤的临床应用提供坚实的理论基础，为其在肿瘤免疫治疗中的应用提供新的思路和方法，推动其在临床实践中的规范化和个体化应用，最终改善患者的预后。  

Objectives of Study：

1. This study will systematically investigate the impact of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment on urinary system tumor cells using molecular biology techniques such as gene sequencing and proteomics to analyze the molecular regulatory networks, particularly the role in reshaping the tumor immune microenvironment. It will delve into the molecular mechanisms of integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment for urinary system tumors (such as prostate cancer, bladder cancer, and kidney cancer), with a focus on its role in immune regulation mechanisms. By analyzing immune cell infiltration, cytokine expression, and the regulation of immune checkpoint proteins, it aims to reveal the regulatory mechanisms of integrated treatment on the tumor immune microenvironment and how it enhances immune response to suppress tumor growth and metastasis, thereby improving the efficacy of immunotherapy; 2. To reveal the molecular basis of integrated treatment for urinary system tumors, exploring the synergistic effects of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, particularly their collaborative effects in immune regulation. It seeks to find biomarkers predictive of treatment response for urinary system tumors, assess the impact of integrated therapy on the tumor microenvironment, and promote its role in anti-tumor immune responses, providing important clues for the basic research and drug target discovery in urinary system tumors, and further clarifying the unique advantages of integrated treatment in immune regulation; 3. Through these studies, we expect to provide a solid theoretical foundation for the clinical application of integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment for urinary system tumors, offering new ideas and methods for its application in tumor immunotherapy, promoting its standardization and individualized application in clinical practice, ultimately improving patient prognosis.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18 岁； 2.病理确诊的肾癌、输尿管癌、前列腺癌、膀胱癌、睾丸癌、阴茎癌等泌尿外科肿瘤并符合指南推荐的手术指征； 3.拟行腹腔镜或机器人辅助腹腔镜根治手术治疗； 4.自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意.

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Pathologically confirmed urological malignancies, including renal cancer, ureteral cancer, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, testicular cancer, or penile cancer, and meeting the surgical indications recommended by current clinical guidelines; 3.Planned to undergo laparoscopic or robot-assisted laparoscopic radical surgery; 4.Willing to participate in this study and able to provide written informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并其他部位恶性肿瘤，或既往有恶性肿瘤病史； 2.既往接受过盆腔/腹部根治性手术或放疗，影响本次治疗效果评估； 3.存在严重心脏、肺脏、肝脏或肾脏功能不全； 4.年龄 <18 岁，或合并严重基础疾病，不能耐受手术.

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of other malignancies, or a history of prior malignancies; 2.Previous radical surgery or radiotherapy involving the pelvis/abdomen that may interfere with the current treatment evaluation; 3.Severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal dysfunction; 4.Age < 18 years, or with severe comorbidities that preclude surgical tolerance.
