探讨基于虚拟现实的自然疗法对长期照护机构老年人心理健康的影响，揭示虚拟现实促进心理健康的潜力和机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of virtual reality–based nature therapy on the mental health of older adults in long-term care facilities, and to uncover the potential and mechanisms of virtual reality in promoting mental health.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄60岁及以上； 2.入住长期照护机构一个月及以上； 3.知情同意并自愿参与本研究； 4.无性别、家庭背景、婚姻状况限制。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 60 years or older; 2. Living in a long-term care facility for one month or longer; 3. Providing informed consent and voluntary participation in this study; 4. No restrictions on gender, family background, or marital status.

排除标准：

1.晕动病、癫痫病史； 2.精神、认知障碍（Mini Cog得分低于3分或医生诊断）； 3.语言沟通障碍； 4.研究期间不居住于长期照护机构者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of motion sickness or epilepsy; 2. Mental or cognitive impairments (Mini-Cog score below 3 or physician’s diagnosis); 3. Language or communication disorders; 4. Not residing in a long-term care facility during the study period.
