研究目的：

发现梗阻性肾病早期肾损伤的生物标记物，为临床及时干预治疗提供指导意义。  

Objectives of Study：

The discovery of biomarkers of early renal injury in obstructive nephropathy provides guidance for timely clinical intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥16岁； 2.根据既往病史、影像学检查等明确诊断为良性输尿管狭窄； 3.已接受舌黏膜补片联合后壁重建输尿管扩大成形术治疗； 4.术前术后均有完整的影像学及临床随访资料； 5.患者及家属知情同意，并愿意配合临床资料使用。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 16 years; 2. Confirmed diagnosis of benign ureteral stricture based on medical history, imaging studies, etc.; 3. Previously treated with lingual mucosal patch graft combined with posterior wall reconstruction ureteroplasty; 4. Complete pre- and post-operative imaging and clinical follow-up documentation available; 5. Informed consent obtained from patient and family, with willingness to permit use of clinical data.

排除标准：

1.合并泌尿系统恶性肿瘤或活动性泌尿道感染者； 2.伴有严重心肺功能障碍或其他不能耐受手术的全身性疾病； 3.既往接受过复杂的肠代输尿管术或自体肾移植术者； 4.随访资料不全或失访者； 5.存在严重口腔疾病不适合舌黏膜取材者； 6.其他导致患者不适合参与本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with concurrent malignant tumours of the urinary system or active urinary tract infections; 2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction or other systemic conditions rendering them unable to tolerate surgery; 3. Patients who have previously undergone complex intestinal ureteral reconstruction or autologous kidney transplantation; 4. Patients with incomplete follow-up records or who are lost to follow-up; 5. Patients with severe oral diseases rendering them unsuitable for tongue mucosa sampling; 6. Other circumstances rendering the patient unsuitable for participation in this study.
