基于组基轨迹模型（GBTM）对肝移植患者围术期体温变化轨迹进行建模，识别不同的体温变化轨迹组，并探讨不同轨迹组患者术后结局的差异，为术后管理和干预提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

o model perioperative body temperature change trajectories in liver transplant patients using Group-Based Trajectory Modeling (GBTM), identify distinct trajectory groups, and investigate outcome differences among these groups, thereby providing scientific evidence for postoperative management and interventions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁的患者； 2.活体或公民逝世后器官捐献（donation after citizen’s death，DCD）供肝肝移植；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients aged >= 18 years; 2.Liver transplantation using grafts from either living donors or donation after citizen's death (DCD).

排除标准：

1.合并其他器官疾病（心脏、肾脏或脑部）； 2.再次肝移植； 3.术前体温高于38℃或低于35℃； 4.术前存在急性呼吸道感染；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with concurrent organ diseases (cardiac, renal, or cerebral); 2.Patients undergoing retransplantation; 3.Preoperative body temperature >38°C or <35°C; 4.Preoperative acute respiratory infection.
