研究目的：

1. 形成规范化的预立医疗照护计划（ACP）相关VR全景视频的摄制范式，并通过对社区老年人群及其家属的ACP效能评定，建立一套具有操作性强、实际效能优秀的基于VR全景视频辅助的ACP内容认知及宣教流程。 2. 通过VR全景视频辅助ACP决策模式的构建，在完善个体与其代理决策人的选择一致性的研究过程中，逐步揭示选择异质性的内在原因，并由此建立一支成熟和专业的医护团队。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To establish a standardized paradigm for the production of VR panoramic videos related to Advance Care Planning (ACP), and through the assessment of the effectiveness of ACP among elderly community members and their families, develop a set of ACP content cognition and educational processes based on VR panoramic video assistance that is highly operable and has excellent practical effectiveness. 2. By constructing an ACP decision-making model assisted by VR panoramic videos, we aim to gradually reveal the inherent reasons for selection heterogeneity in the process of improving the consistency of choices between individuals and their proxy decision-makers, and thereby establish a mature and professional healthcare team.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.被试入选标准：1）社区常住老年人；2）能够进行流畅的语言沟通；3）年龄大于60岁；4）简明智力测试量表（Abbreviated mental test）>6分。 2. 被试的决策代理人需同时满足以下标准：与被试为配偶、子女、女婿或者儿媳关系；年龄大于18岁；能够进行流畅的语言沟通；熟悉被试的健康状况；与被试关系良好；简明智力测试量表（Abbreviated mental test）>6分。

Inclusion criteria

1: Inclusion criteria for participants: 1) elderly residents of the community; 2) able to communicate fluently; 3) aged over 60; 4) score >6 on the Abbreviated Mental Test. 2: The decision-making agent of the subject must meet the following criteria simultaneously: they must be the spouse, child, son-in-law, or daughter-in-law of the subject; they must be over 18 years old; they must be able to communicate fluently; they must be familiar with the subject's health status; they must have a good relationship with the subject; and they must score >6 on the Abbreviated Mental Test.

排除标准：

1）非社区常住居民；2）无法进行流畅的语言沟通；3）简明智力测试量表评分低于6分。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Not a permanent resident of the community; 2) Unable to communicate fluently in language; 3) Score below 6 on the Brief Intelligence Test.
