研究目的：

（1）设计降低社区老年人跌倒恐惧的有效干预方案。 （2）基于RCT评价社区老年人跌倒恐惧干预方案的实践效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To design an effective intervention programme to reduce the fear of falling in older people in the community. (2) To evaluate the effectiveness of a community-based intervention programme for older people's fear of falling in practice based on a randomised controlled trial.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.社区老年人，年龄≥60岁且＜80岁；
2.存在跌倒恐惧；
3.Barthel指数≥60分；
4.简易体能测试（Short physical performance battery）得分4—12分或6米步速≥0.5米/秒；
5.能独立阅读或在研究者帮助下填写所需问卷；
6.知情同意，自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Community-dwelling older adults, age >=60 and <80; 2.Fear of falling; 3.Barthel Index >=60; 4.Simple Physical Performance Battery (SPPB) score of 4-12 or 6-metre stride speed of >=0.5 metres per second; 5.Able to read independently or fill in the required questionnaires with the help of the researcher; 6.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1.严重视听、语言功能障碍者；
2.严重认知功能障碍者（简易精神状况检查量表（MMSE）＜21分）；
3.高危跌倒风险者（计时起立－行走测试，时间≥30s）；
4.患有严重呼吸衰竭、严重主动脉狭窄等重大疾病或疾病终末期；
5.被医生认为不适宜进行体力活动；
6.已参与过或正在参加其他相关性研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.people with severe visual, auditory and speech impairment; 2.people with severe cognitive impairment (MMSE <21); 3.people with high risk of falling (timed get-up-and-go test, time >=30s); 4.people with severe respiratory failure, severe aortic stenosis and other major diseases or end-stage diseases; 5.people who are considered by their doctors as unfit for physical activity; 6.people who have participated in or are participating in other relevant studies.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

CRF信息采集由老年人自评、工作人员评估共同完成。 数据管理使用Epidata软件双人双录入管理数据，使用SPSS软件进行统计分析。
