研究目的：

本研究采用随机对照试验设计，旨在系统评估重复经颅磁刺激联合康复训练对孤独症患儿核心症状的临床疗效，为该法在儿童孤独症临床实践中的应用提供循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Utilizing a randomized controlled trial (RCT) design, this study aims to assess the clinical efficacy of combined repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) and rehabilitation training for core symptoms in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), thereby providing high-level evidence to inform its clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合DSM-IV关于ASD的诊断标准；（2）年龄小于14岁；（3）无经颅磁刺激治疗禁忌症；（4）已签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. meet the diagnostic criteria for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as defined by the DSM-IV; 2. Age under 14 years; 3. Absence of contraindications for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS); 4. Provision of signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）年龄＞14岁者；（2）有经颅磁刺激治疗禁忌症；（3）排除一些遗传代谢进行性疾病引起的精神行为异常疾病；（4）排除听神经损伤以及构音器官异常导致语言发育障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age >14 years old; 2. There are contraindications for transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy; 3. Presence of psychiatric or behavioral abnormalities caused by progressive genetic or metabolic disorders; 4. Presence of language developmental disorders attributable to auditory nerve damage or structural abnormalities of the speech organs.
