研究目的：

本研究拟使用双宽体双源CT对已经确诊冠心病的稳定性胸痛患者行“一站式”CT心肌灌注成像（CT-MPI）及冠状动脉CT血管造影（CCTA）检查，对比基于双宽体双源CT-MPI的CCTA与CCTA的图像质量，探究基于CT-MPI的CCTA替代“一站式”动态CT-MPI中独立的CCTA的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to utilize dual-source wide-detector CT to perform a "one-stop shop" CT myocardial perfusion imaging (CT-MPI) and coronary CT angiography (CCTA) in patients with stable chest pain diagnosed with coronary artery disease. The image quality of CCTA derived from CT-MPI will be compared with that of standard standalone CCTA, aiming to explore the feasibility of replacing the independent CCTA in the "one-stop shop" dynamic CT-MPI protocol with the CT-MPI-based CCTA.

纳入标准：

1.既往有CAD病史；
2.临床表现为稳定性心绞痛；
3.年龄≥18岁；

Inclusion criteria

1.Previous history of CAD;
2.Clinical presentation of stable angina;
3.Age ≥ 18 years;

排除标准：

1.既往有冠状动脉搭桥手术史；
2.肾功能不全；
3.碘对比剂过敏；
4.CT-MPI检查禁忌症；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Previous history of coronary bypass grafting;
2.Renal insufficiency;
3.Allergy to iodinated contrast agents;
4.Contraindications to CT?MPI examination;
