研究目的：

构建出血中心监护室门脉高压性上消化道出血预警模型，实施早期干预，为患者提供可靠的治疗依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct the early warning model of portal hypertension upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in the ICU of bleeding center, implement early intervention, and provide reliable treatment basis for patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>18周岁； 2.通过积极的治疗干预仍旧发生上消化道出血的患者； 3.初次进入出血中心监护室时间≥24h的患者； 4.门静脉高压患者出血 后二次出血患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >18 years old; 2. Patients who still have upper gastrointestinal bleeding through active treatment and intervention; 3. Patients who entered the ICU for the first time >=24h; 4. Patients with portal hypertension bleeding after secondary bleeding.

排除标准：

1.转院患者； 2.初次入住出血中心监护室住院期间死亡的患者； 3.初次入住出血中心监护室住院期间放弃治疗自动出院的患者； 4.资料不全的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Transferred patients; 2. Patients who died during their initial admission to the ICU of bleeding center; 3. Patients who gave up treatment and were discharged automatically during their initial admission to the bleeding center ICU; 4. Patients with incomplete data.
