研究目的：

联合全国主要的脊柱肿瘤诊治中心，建立全国性、多中心肾癌脊柱转移患者临床队列，收集就诊于各中心脊柱转移癌患者的基线资料、治疗措施并追踪其预后情况，构建生存期预测模型并验证模型准确性和评估临床应用价值，以辅助肾癌脊柱转移患者的精准治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a national and multi-center cohort of patients with spinal metastasis from renal cancer in China, recording baseline data and treatment measures of these patients and track their prognosis, constructing a survival prediction model, validating the accuracy of the model and evaluating the clinical value, so as to assist the precise treatment of patients with spinal metastasis of renal cancer.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经影像学及病理学诊断为肾癌脊柱转移的患者，其中病理学诊断包括对原发肿瘤病灶或脊柱转移病灶进行手术切除或活检，明确为肾癌；影像学诊断包括脊柱X线平片、CT平扫/增强、MRI平扫/增强、PET/CT或骨扫描等发现脊柱部位转移； 2.患者接受了肾癌以及脊柱转移灶规范性治疗； 3.患者诊断前行规范的术前检查； 4.随访时间不少于12个月。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with renal cancer and spinal metastasis by imaging and pathological diagnosis, including surgical resection or biopsy of the primary tumor lesion or spinal metastasis, and clearly identified as renal cancer; Imaging diagnosis includes spine X-ray, CT plain scan/enhanced scan, MRI plain scan/enhanced scan, PET/CT or bone scan. 2. The patient received standard treatment for renal cancer and spinal metastases; 3. Standardized preoperative examination of patients before diagnosis; 4. The follow-up time was not less than 12 months.

排除标准：

1.患者确诊后未进行规范化治疗； 2.无法获得随访信息的患者； 3.随访时间少于12个月且未发生终点事件的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients did not receive standardized treatment after diagnosis; 2. Patients without follow-up information; 3. Patients with less than 12 months of follow-up and no endpoint event occurred.
