研究目的: |
人体在大强度运动后,为适应运动的需要,机体内环境会发生变化,从而出现肌肉酸痛、四肢乏力的现象,若不及时进行干预,会极大降低运动员运动表现,甚至造成运动损伤。本研究以湖北民族大学45名学生为研究对象,随机分为高压氧组、高压氧结合番茄红素组、对照组。受试者按照随机分组通过氧沐国际OBI-1便携式高压氧舱、康比特牌番茄红素软胶囊(国食健注G20150764)、自然恢复的方式进行4周恢复干预。干预期前后(第一天及最后一天)通过血常规、血尿素、酮、皮质醇、睡眠质量、肌氧饱和度、微循环、心率变异性等指标评价高压氧结合番茄红素的恢复效果。探讨高压氧结合番茄红素对运动性疲劳的恢复干预效果,为寻求更佳的运动性疲劳消除方案提供理论依据及方法参考。 |

Objectives of Study: |
After high-intensity exercise, the body's internal environment changes to adapt to the needs of exercise, resulting in muscle soreness and limb weakness. If not intervened in a timely manner, it can greatly reduce the athlete's athletic performance and even cause sports injuries. This study selected 45 students from Hubei University for Nationalities as research subjects and randomly divided them into a hyperbaric oxygen group, a hyperbaric oxygen combined with lycopene group, and a control group. The subjects were randomly divided into four groups and underwent a 4-week recovery intervention using the Oxygen Mu International OBI-1 portable hyperbaric oxygen chamber, Kangbit brand lycopene soft capsules (National Food and Health Administration G20150764), and natural recovery. Evaluate the recovery effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with lycopene through indicators such as blood routine, blood urea, ketones, cortisol, sleep quality, muscle oxygen saturation, microcirculation, and heart rate variability before and after intervention (first and last day). Exploring the intervention effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with lycopene on the recovery of exercise-induced fatigue, providing theoretical basis and methodological reference for seeking better solutions to eliminate exercise-induced fatigue. |

纳入标准: |
(1)湖北民族大学羽毛球专项学生且每周中高强度运动(≥70%最大心率)时间介于14-18小时之间。(2)无高压氧疗法绝对禁忌症或相对禁忌症[18-19]。(3)理解能力和表达能力正常。(4)身心健康,睡眠质量良好,无精神焦虑、易紧张及幽闭恐惧症。(5)了解整个实验流程后仍愿意配合课题组完成全部实验。 |

Inclusion criteria |
(1) Students majoring in badminton at Hubei University for Nationalities who engage in moderate to high-intensity exercise (≥ 70% maximum heart rate) for 14-18 hours per week. (2) There are no absolute or relative contraindications to hyperbaric oxygen therapy [18-19]. (3) Normal comprehension and expression abilities. (4) Physically and mentally healthy, with good sleep quality, no mental anxiety, easy nervousness, or claustrophobia. (5) After understanding the entire experimental process, I am still willing to cooperate with the research team to complete all experiments. |

排除标准: |
(1)无法保证每天完成干预任务。(2)每周中高强度运动<14小时或>18小时。(3)经过医院专业检测,有HBO绝对禁忌症、相对禁忌症或对番茄红素过敏者。(4)近1个月有服用抗氧化剂或影响番茄红素吸收的药物者(如维生素C、维生素E、虾青素等)。(5)目前有身体疾病正在接受治疗者。(6)近1个月有影响正常训练的运动损伤或参与过其他干预实验者。(7)其他不适于参加本实验者。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
(1) We cannot guarantee the completion of intervention tasks every day. (2) Moderate to high-intensity exercise for less than 14 hours or more than 18 hours per week. (3) After professional testing by the hospital, there are absolute contraindications, relative contraindications, or allergies to lycopene for HBO. (4) Individuals who have taken antioxidants or medications that affect lycopene absorption (such as vitamin C, vitamin E, astaxanthin, etc.) in the past month. (5) There are currently patients receiving treatment for physical illnesses. (6) In the past month, there have been sports injuries that have affected normal training or participation in other intervention subjects. (7) Other participants are not suitable for this study. |

Blinding: |
To avoid the influence of psychological factors, participants in the hyperbaric oxygen group took 3 placebo pills per day (similar in appearance to lycopene and containing golden dragon fish corn oil) in addition to the intervention in the hyperbaric oxygen group. The control group inhaled compressed air (compressed air ratio of approximately 21% oxygen, 78% nitrogen, and 1% other air, 60 minutes/time, every other day) on the basis of natural recovery (rest, physical massage, etc.), and took 3 placebo pills per day without any additional intervention. |
