研究目的：

通过对早产低体重儿童的生长追赶过程进行多因素分析，探讨哪些因素对生长追赶有显著影响，进而为临床干预和健康管理提供依据。优化其生长发育、提高生活质量及减少后期健康风险。  

Objectives of Study：

By conducting a multifactorial analysis of the growth catch-up process in premature and low birth weight children, this study aims to explore which factors have a significant impact on growth catch-up, and provide a basis for clinical intervention and health management. Optimize its growth and development, improve quality of life, and reduce later health risks.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）在山西白求恩医院参与儿保门诊，出生体重低于2500克且孕周小于37周的早产低体重婴儿。（自2023年12月1日至2024年11月30日）。 （2）受试者监护人或近亲属能够充分理解知情同意书，同意参加研究并签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) I participated in the pediatric health clinic at Norman Bethune Hospital in Shanxi, and had premature and low birth weight infants with a birth weight of less than 2500 grams and a gestational age of less than 37 weeks. (From December 1, 2023 to November 30, 2024). (2) The guardians or close relatives of the subjects are able to fully understand the informed consent form, agree to participate in the study, and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

有重大先天性畸形、严重神经系统疾病、遗传性疾病或出生后死亡的儿童。

Exclusion criteria：

Children with significant congenital malformations, severe neurological disorders, genetic diseases, or death after birth.
