研究目的：

本研究旨在通过单中心回顾性分析，系统评估心力衰竭住院患者的临床特征、治疗模式及短期预后，描述心力衰竭患者的基线临床特征，包括人口学资料、心功能分级、合并症及实验室指标。研究结果将为制定针对心力衰竭患者的个体化治疗策略提供循证依据，包括优化住院期间的治疗方案、改善出院药物选择、降低再入院风险等，并为提升我国老年共病患者的医疗质量提供数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically evaluate the clinical characteristics, treatment patterns, and short-term prognosis of hospitalized patients with heart failure through a single-center retrospective analysis. It will describe the baseline clinical features of heart failure patients, including demographic data, cardiac function classification, comorbidities, and laboratory indicators. The findings will provide evidence-based support for developing individualized treatment strategies for heart failure patients, including optimizing in-hospital treatment regimens, improving discharge medication selection, and reducing readmission risks. Additionally, the results will offer data support for enhancing the quality of medical care for elderly patients with comorbidities in China.

纳入标准：

1.住院期间以心力衰竭为主要诊断； 2.病历资料完整且住院时间>=24小时； 3.在本院完成至少1次随访。

Inclusion criteria

1.Primary diagnosis of heart failure during hospitalization; 2.Complete medical records with hospitalization duration >=24 hours; 3.Completion of at least one follow-up visit at our institution.

排除标准：

1.急性心肌梗死导致的心力衰竭； 2.终末期肿瘤患者； 3.病历资料缺失关键信息（如心功能分级、治疗方案等）；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Heart failure caused by acute myocardial infarction; 2. End-stage cancer patients; 3. Medical records missing key information (such as cardiac function classification, treatment plan, etc.)
