研究目的：

①通过大量收集本院胫骨横向骨搬运术前、术后视觉模拟疼痛量表（VAS）评分，创面面积，随访期间截肢率，踝肱指数、足背动脉血流速度、皮肤温度等数据，评估该技术在本院的疗效，为本院后续常规开展该技术提供指导。 ②通过收集临床样本，进行转录组测序，找出差异分子，并通过动物实验进行验证，以探究其胫骨横向骨搬运的分子机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. By collecting a large amount of data such as the visual analogue scale (VAS) scores of pain before and after the transverse bone transport surgery in our hospital, the wound area, the amputation rate during the follow-up period, the ankle-brachial index, the blood flow velocity of the dorsal foot artery, and the skin temperature, etc., the efficacy of this technique in our hospital was evaluated, providing guidance for the subsequent routine implementation of this technique in our hospital. 2. By collecting clinical samples, conducting transcriptome sequencing, identifying differential molecules, and verifying through animal experiments, the molecular mechanism of transverse bone transport in the tibia was explored.

纳入标准：

1. 患有糖尿病的患者； 2. 瓦格纳第四阶段。 3. 所有纳入的患者均接受胫骨横向转运治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with diabetes; 2. Wagner stage IV. 3. All the included patients underwent transverse tibial rotation treatment.

排除标准：

1. 腘动脉完全阻塞； 2. 不能耐受手术治疗； 3. 心肺功能差，肝肾功能严重差。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complete occlusion of the popliteal artery; 2. Unable to tolerate surgical treatment; 3. Poor cardiac and pulmonary function, severe dysfunction of liver and kidneys.
