建立较为成熟的一体化水环境感控管理方法，联合多部门共同管理，减少水源成为交叉感染源的风险，防止感染暴发。  

Objectives of Study：

Establishing a mature integrated water management protocol for infection control, through multi-departmental collaboration, to mitigate the risk of waterborne cross-transmission and prevent infection outbreaks.

纳入标准：

1.ICU环境中检出耐药菌的监测区域；
2.ICU内检出MDROs患者（定植或感染）；
3.有可溯源样本进行分型分析的病原菌；

Inclusion criteria

1.ICU areas with detected MDROs in the environment;
2.ICU patients colonized/infected with MDROs;
3.Bacterial isolates available for genotyping analysis;

排除标准：

1.样本不完整、培养失败或污染；
2.缺乏有效对照数据；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Incomplete or contaminated samples;
2.No available controls for comparison;
