It aims to comprehensively evaluate the key role of the insular cortex and the withdrawal network, as well as the therapeutic effect of theta (θ) oscillation TIs on AUD

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合《美国精神疾病诊断与统计手册》第 5 版（Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-V，DSM-5）酒精使用障碍中、重度的临床诊断标准（符合临床诊断标准的四个条目及以上）； 2.年龄18-65 岁，受教育年限>=6 年； 3.已完成急性脱瘾治疗，无明显戒断症状，且《临床机构 酒精戒断评估表》（Clinical institutional alcohol withdrawal assessment，CIWA）评分<7 分； 4.呼气中酒精浓度=0； 5.右利手，色觉、视力、听力正常或矫正后处于正常范围； 6.能够提供脱瘾前 2 周期间的 TLFB 饮酒信息； 7.在脱瘾前的 4 周期间，至少每周有 2 次重度饮酒（男性每天饮酒量>=5 个标准杯，女性每天饮酒量>=4 个标准杯）； 8.自愿参与研究，并签署知情同意书.

Inclusion criteria

1.Meeting the clinical diagnostic criteria for moderate to severe Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) as defined by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition (DSM-5), i.e., fulfilling four or more diagnostic criteria specified in the manual; 2.Aged 18–65 years with an educational background of >=6 years of formal schooling; 3.Having completed acute detoxification treatment with no obvious withdrawal symptoms, and a score of <7 on the Clinical Institute Withdrawal Assessment for Alcohol (CIWA); 4.Breath alcohol concentration=0; 5.Right-handed, with normal or corrected-to-normal color vision, visual acuity, and hearing; 6.Able to provide alcohol consumption information using the Timeline Followback (TLFB) method for the 2-week period prior to detoxification; 7.Having engaged in heavy drinking at least twice per week during the 4-week period prior to detoxification, where heavy drinking is defined as >=5 standard drinks per day for males and >=4 standard drinks per day for females; 8.Voluntarily participating in the study and signing the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.符合 DSM-5 诊断标准的其他精神障碍，如双相情感障碍、精神分裂症、精神发育迟滞等； 2.与饮酒相关的精神病性症状消失不足一周或因此服用抗精神病药物停药不足一周者； 3.明确出 现过癫痫样发作或震颤谵妄者； 4.前正在接受其它戒酒治疗者，包括系统性心理治疗，6 个月内 接受过 tACS、TMS 及无抽搐电休克等物理调控治疗； 5.共病其他精神活性物质依赖者（烟草除外）； 6.伴有任何重度/不可控的全身性疾病（例如，呼吸系统、循环系统、消化系统、神经系统、 血液系统、泌尿生殖系统、内分泌系统疾病）者； 7.入组前 12 周内服用免疫制剂（含免疫抑制剂）、 激素、抗氧化剂、神经营养类药物、中药制剂或发生感染性疾病； 8.同时服用其他相关戒酒药物， 如：纳曲酮或阿坎酸等； 9.孕期或哺乳期妇女.

Exclusion criteria：

1.Meeting diagnostic criteria for other mental disorders as defined by the DSM-5, such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or intellectual disability; 2.Having residual alcohol-related psychotic symptoms for less than one week, or having discontinued antipsychotic medications for such symptoms for less than one week; 3.Having a clear history of epileptic seizures or delirium tremens; 4.Currently receiving other alcohol abstinence treatments, including systematic psychotherapy, or having undergone physical regulatory treatments such as transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS), transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), or modified electroconvulsive therapy within the past 6 months; 5.Comorbid with dependence on other psychoactive substances (excluding tobacco); 6.Suffering from any severe or uncontrollable systemic diseases (e.g., diseases of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, nervous, hematological, genitourinary, or endocrine systems); 7.Having taken immunosuppressants (including immune inhibitors), hormones, antioxidants, neurotrophic drugs, traditional Chinese medicine preparations, or having had an infectious disease within 12 weeks prior to enrollment; 8.Concomitantly taking other alcohol abstinence-related medications, such as naltrexone or acamprosate; 9.Being pregnant or lactating women.
