研究目的：

十二指肠壶腹腺瘤（DAA）存在恶性潜能，需早期干预。内镜下乳头切除术（EP）作为手术的微创替代方案，目前已被广泛应用。本研究通过重点分析并发症及复发率，评估EP治疗的有效性与安全性，为循证临床决策提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Duodenal ampullary adenomas (DAA) harbor malignant potential and require early intervention. Endoscopic papillectomy (EP), as a minimally invasive alternative to surgery, is now widely used. This study evaluates the effectiveness and safety of EP treatment by focusing on the analysis of complication and recurrence rates, aiming to provide evidence for evidence-based clinical decision-making.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1: 内镜或病理学检查确认为十二指肠壶腹部肿瘤 2: 患者接受内镜下切除十二指肠壶腹部肿瘤 3: 患者无其他消化道恶性肿瘤病史，且能够配合后续随访和数据收集

Inclusion criteria

1: Duodenal ampullary neoplasms confirmed by endoscopic or pathological examination. 2: Patients who underwent endoscopic resection of duodenal ampullary neoplasms. 3: Patients with no history of other gastrointestinal malignancies and able to comply with follow-up and data collection.

排除标准：

1: 既往接受过十二指肠或胃部手术的患者。 2: 无法获取完整临床数据和随访记录的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1: Patients with a history of duodenal or gastric surgery 2: Patients with inability to obtain complete clinical data and follow-up records
