通过回顾性研究，系统比较下腔静脉-脾静脉分流术（IVCSS） 与门静脉再通-TIPS（PVR-TIPS） 治疗门静脉主干完全闭塞（CPTO）合并静脉曲张出血的疗效与安全性，为临床决策提供高级别证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a retrospective study, the efficacy and safety of inferior vena cava-splenic vein shunt (IVCSS) and portal vein recanalization-TIPS (PVR-TIPS) in treating complete portal vein trunk occlusion (CPTO) combined with variceal bleeding were systematically compared, providing high-level evidence for clinical decision-making.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄20-70岁；美国东部肿瘤协作组评分≤2分；且经增强CT或MRI证实门静脉主干完全闭塞

Inclusion criteria

Age range: 20 - 70 years old; Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group score ≤ 2; and complete occlusion of the main portal vein confirmed by enhanced CT or MRI

排除标准：

脾静脉或肠系膜静脉广泛闭塞；Child-Pugh评分≥14分

Exclusion criteria：

Extensive occlusion of the splenic vein or mesenteric vein; Child-Pugh score >= 14.
