研究目的：

通过分析研究 HGF及TGF-β1 在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜息肉、子宫内膜不典型增生及子宫内膜癌组织中的表达，探讨其在子宫内膜样腺癌发生发展中的作用，为尽早发现转移及复发提供理论依据，以期为今后的临床诊治及靶向药物的研制提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

By analyzing the expression of HGF and TGF-β1 in normal endometrium, endometrial polyps, atypical endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer tissues,discusse the role of HGF and TGF-β1 in the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma,so as to provide theoretical basis for the early detection of metastasis and recurrence,and to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment and the development of targeted drugs in the future.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

⑴符合子宫内膜息肉、子宫内膜不典型增生、子宫内膜癌的诊断标准；⑵经两位经验丰富的病理医师再次明确诊断；⑶患者的术后石蜡标本及患者的个人资料保存完整；⑷在获得患者的手术组织样本之前患者未接受过放化疗及免疫治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meets the diagnostic criteria of endometrial polyps,atypical endometrial hyperplasia, and endometrial cancer; 2.Reconfirmed by two experienced pathologists; 3.The patient's postoperative paraffin specimens and the patient's personal information were completely preserved; 4.The patient not received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy before obtaining the patient's surgical tissue sample.

排除标准：

⑴病理学资料缺失；⑵合并其他部位的原发性肿瘤；⑶免疫功能疾病；⑷合并其他系统的重大疾病的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Missing pathological data; 2.Patients with primary tumors in other sites; 3.Immune dysfunction; 4.Patients with other major systemic disease
