研究目的：

通过对NICU早产儿实施早期声音接触，探讨不同早期声音接触类型（母亲、父亲、父母共同）对早产儿生理稳定性、临床结局及远期语言发育的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of different types of early vocal contact (mother, father and parents together) on physiological stability, clinical outcome and long-term language development of premature infants in NICU.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.出生胎龄＞26周，＜34周的早产儿； 2.出生后24h内入院； 3.病情稳定者； 4.早产儿父母自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Premature infants born at gestational age of > 26 weeks and < 34 weeks; 2. Admitted to the hospital within 24 hours after birth; 3. Those who are in stable condition; 4. Parents of premature infants voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.有创通气支持的患儿，需要使用镇静剂者； 2.存在听力障碍或异常者； 3.存在严重心脏病者； 4.存在先天遗传病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with invasive ventilation support and those who need to use sedatives; 2. Those with hearing impairment or abnormality; 3. Those with serious heart disease; 4. Those with congenital genetic diseases.

观察期间将患儿置于暖箱鸟巢中，保持统一体位（仰卧位），未收到外界环境干扰及声音刺激。

根据实施对象分为三个亚组（母亲、父亲、父母亲共同），在对照组的基础上进行早期声音接触，将暖箱门打开，并做好保暖措施。由父母在暖箱外对患儿进行声音接触，声音接触内容包括：说话、唱歌或讲故事。观察宝宝反应，根据患儿反应调整语速、语调等。在患儿床头放置分贝测量仪，说话者控制音量不超过50dB，并略高于环境音10dB，确保患儿能够听到。如实施者无法到场，则采用录音的方式，由研究者对录音进行降噪处理，并置于患儿床旁播放。

According to the implementation of the target divided into three subgroups (mother, father, parents), on the basis of the control group, early sound contact, the incubator door opened, and warm measures were taken. Parents make vocal contact with their child outside the incubator, including talking, singing, or telling stories. Observe the baby's response, and adjust the speech speed and intonation according to the child's response. Place a decibel meter at the head of the child's bed, and the speaker controls the volume to no more than 50 dB and slightly higher than the ambient sound by 10 dB to ensure that the child can hear. If the implementer is unable to be present, the audio recording will be used, and the researcher will reduce the noise of the recording and place it at the bedside of the child.
