探讨每日书面护理总结对ICU患者主要照顾者心理症状和满意度的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of daily written nursing summary on psychological symptoms and satisfaction of main caregivers of ICU patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、ICU患者纳入标准： （1）ICU住院时长>=1周； （2）年龄>=18岁； （3）首次入住ICU； 2、主要照顾者纳入标准： （1）本人知情同意，愿意参与研究； （2）年龄>=18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Inclusion criteria for ICU patients: (1) length of ICU stay >=1 week; (2) age >=18 years old; (3) first admission to ICU; 2. Inclusion criteria of primary caregivers: (1) Informed consent to participate in the study; (2) age >=18 years old

排除标准：

1、ICU患者排除标准： （1）ICU期间死亡或者自动出院者（即放弃治疗）； （2）ICU住院时长<1周； 2、主要照顾者排除标准： （1）有认知行为障碍，无法正常表达； （2）照顾者有精神疾病或精神疾病史（如焦虑、抑郁、精神分裂、PTSD、严重的心理疾病等精神心理问题）； （3）正在参加其他影响本研究结果的研究项目者； （4）无法完成量表者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. ICU Patients: (1) Mortality during ICU stay or voluntary discharge against medical advice (indicating treatment withdrawal); (2) ICU length of stay < 7 days; 2. Primary Caregivers: (1) Presence of cognitive or behavioral impairments that preclude normal communication; (2) Current or historical diagnosis of psychiatric disorders (such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder, or severe psychological conditions); (3) Concurrent participation in other clinical studies that may confound research outcomes; (4) Inability to complete standardized assessment instruments.

由不参与研究的人员使用随机数字表生成随机数字，再按随机数字大小排序，前69个数字为试验组，后69个数字为对照组，并将该随机数字装在一个密闭的信封，根据患者入住ICU时间抽取。
