研究目的：

（1）了解中国护士的心理健康与健康相关行为的现状，动态监测其变化轨迹，探索影响我国护士心理健康与行为的个人层面、工作场所和社会因素，分析各因素对护士心理与行为的影响与作用机制。 （2）构建护士心理健康动态监测体系，为优化护理管理策略、强化职业支持体系提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To understand the current state of mental health and health-related behaviours among Chinese nurses, dynamically monitor their trajectory of change, explore the individual, workplace and societal factors influencing nurses' mental health and behaviours in China, and analyse the impact and mechanisms of these factors on nurses' psychological well-being and conduct. (2) To establish a dynamic monitoring system for nurses' mental health, providing scientific evidence for optimising nursing management strategies and strengthening the professional support system.

1.年龄>=18 岁； 2.持有效护士执业证书（注册护士）； 3.有能力填写问卷并自愿接受随访调查；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≥ 18 years;
2.Hold a valid nursing licence (registered nurse);
3.Capable of completing the questionnaire and willing to participate in follow-up surveys;

排除标准：

1.实习护士或进修护士；
2.调查期间处于休假状态；
3.工作年限不足1年；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Trainee nurse or student nurse;
2.On leave during the investigation period;
3.Less than one year of work experience;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究的数据采集采用全国多中心协作模式进行。各数据收集单位通过内部招募，组织符合条件的护士通过统一的电子数据收集系统在线填写问卷。所有参与者均需签署电子知情同意。基线调查后，每两年进行一次随访，通过系统链接推送和短信提醒等方式收集随访数据。 数据管理上，采用身份信息与研究数据分离加密存储机制，所有传输和存储均进行加密处理。数据质控包括电子逻辑校验、每周进度核查以及双人背靠背数据清洗，确保数据的真实性、完整性和安全性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection for this study was conducted through a nationwide multi-centre collaborative model. Each data collection unit organised eligible nurses, recruited internally, to complete questionnaires online via a standardised electronic data collection system. All participants were required to sign electronic informed consent. Following the baseline survey, follow-up data were collected biennially through system linkages and SMS reminders. Data management employed a mechanism separating and encrypting personal identifiers from research data, with all transmission and storage processes encrypted. Data quality control encompassed electronic logical validation, weekly progress verification, and dual-person independent data cleansing to ensure authenticity, completeness, and security.
