研究目的：

1. 了解儿童肿瘤幸存者运动行为水平与健康信念构念特征； 2. 实施运动教育干预； 3. 比较干预前后儿童运动行为及认知维度的变化； 4. 分析哪些因素可显著预测运动行为的改善程度； 5. 探索感知障碍与自我效能在行为改善中的路径机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Investigate the relationship between physical activity levels and health belief constructs among pediatric cancer survivors; 2. Implement exercise education interventions; 3. Compare changes in children's physical activity patterns and cognitive dimensions before and after intervention; 4. Identify factors that significantly predict improvements in physical activity levels; 5. Explore pathogenic mechanisms linking perceived barriers to self-efficacy in behavioral improvement.

纳入标准：

9 -18 岁 CCS，完成治疗≥3 个月，家长可配合问卷与宣教；

Inclusion criteria

CCS aged 9-18 years, completed treatment for more than 3 months, parents can cooperate with questionnaire and education;

排除标准：

认知障碍、严重功能障碍者

Exclusion criteria：

Persons with cognitive impairment, severe functional impairment
