研究目的：

1、研究肺段切除术后气道炎症标志物的动态变化情况，寻找可评估术后气道炎症的生物标志物。 目前尚无有效的简单有效的方法评估肺切除术后气道炎症情况。我们希望通过在术前及术后多个时间节点收集EBC，并进行多组学分析，以寻找可反应术后气道炎症的生物标志物。 2、评估EBC潜在生物标志物水平与术后咳嗽发展之间的相关性。 肺切除术后咳嗽可能与肺部气道炎症相关，目前尚无研究全面探索肺切除术后咳嗽的EBC生物标志物。探究生物标志物的水平与术后咳嗽的发生发展之间的相关性。希望能够监测术后气道炎症状态及动态变化情况，为肺术后咳嗽药物或非药物治疗提供证据与监测手段。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the dynamic changes of airway inflammation markers after segmentectomy, and to find biomarkers that can evaluate postoperative airway inflammation. There is currently no effective simple and effective method to assess airway inflammation after pneumonectomy. We hope to collect EBCs at multiple time points before and after surgery and perform multi-omics analysis to find biomarkers that can reflect postoperative airway inflammation. 2. To assess the correlation between the level of potential biomarkers of EBC and the development of postoperative cough. Post-pneumonectomy cough may be associated with airway inflammation in the lungs, and there are no studies that have comprehensively explored EBC biomarkers of post-pneumonectomy cough. To explore the correlation between the level of biomarkers and the occurrence and development of postoperative cough. It is hoped that the postoperative airway inflammation status and dynamic changes can be monitored, so as to provide evidence and monitoring methods for cough medication or non-drug treatment after lung surgery.

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁；（2）拟行肺亚段切除术；（3）签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age>= 18 years old; 2. Proposed pulmonary subsegmentectomy; 3. Signed informed consent;

排除标准：

（1）确诊支气管哮喘或慢性阻塞性肺疾病；2）有吸烟病史；3）近1月接受口服激素治疗；4）严重并发症；5）依从性差或不愿配合；6）胃食管反流、鼻后滴综合征等引起咳嗽的疾病或长期不明原因咳嗽的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Confirmed diagnosis of bronchial asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2. Have a history of smoking; 3. Nearly 1months of oral hormone therapy; 4. serious complications; 5. poor compliance or unwillingness to cooperate; 6. Gastroesophageal reverse
