研究目的：

通过PET/MR对注射[1?F]SynVesT-1的神经系统疾病患者进行成像，评估[1?F]SynVesT-1对于神经系统疾病（如：AD、PD、抑郁症和癫痫等）的诊断能效以及指导放疗计划制定中的应用效果  

Objectives of Study：

Imaging of patients with neurological diseases injected with [1?F]SynVesT-1 via PET/MR to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of [1?F]SynVesT-1 for neurological diseases (such as Alzheimer's disease (AD), Parkinson's disease (PD), depression, and epilepsy, etc.) and its application effect in guiding the formulation of radiotherapy plans.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.成年患者（年龄18岁或以上）； 2.疑似或确诊的神经系统疾病患者（如阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、抑郁症和癫痫等）； 3.能够提供知情同意书的患者（由参与者，父母或法定代表人签署） 4.可以保持平卧静止不动15分钟以上； 5.科室同时安排18F-FDG和[1?F]SynVesT-1 PET/MR扫描的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Adult patients (18 years of age or older); 2. Patients with suspected or confirmed neurological diseases (such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, depression, and epilepsy, etc.); 3. Patients who can provide informed consent (signed by the participant, parent, or legal representative); 4. Able to remain supine and motionless for more than 15 minutes; 5. Patients for whom the department has scheduled both 1?F-FDG and [1?F]SynVesT-1 PET/MR scans simultaneously.

排除标准：

1.妊娠患者； 2.乙醇过敏患者； 3.幽闭恐惧症患者； 4.因各种原因无法保持平卧静止不动15分钟以上者； 5.研究参与者、父母或法定代表人不能或不愿意提供书面知情同意书； 6.研究者认为患者不适合参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant patients; 2. Patients allergic to ethanol; 3. Patients with claustrophobia; 4. Patients who cannot remain supine and motionless for more than 15 minutes due to various reasons; 5. Research participants, their parents, or legal representatives who cannot or are unwilling to provide written informed consent; 6. Patients deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the researcher.
