本研究拟通过一项前瞻性纵向队列研究，整合多模态影像学生物标志物及临床指标，动态评估减重手术前后合并症的变化，旨在为肥胖症患者的术前精准评估和术后个体化管理提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to conduct a prospective longitudinal cohort study to integrate multimodal imaging biomarkers and clinical indicators to dynamically assess changes in comorbidities before and after weight loss surgery, with the goal of providing scientific evidence for precise preoperative assessment and individualised postoperative management of patients with obesity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）肥胖症队列——前瞻性纳入自2025年06月至2028年06月期间于山东大学齐鲁医院减重外科进行减重手术治疗的肥胖症患者。 纳入标准： 1) 肥胖症患者（BMI≥27.5kg/m2合并肥胖症相关其他疾病，或BMI≥32.5kg/m2； 2) 年龄≥18岁； 3) 无幽闭恐惧症、无金属植入物（心脏起搏器，钢钉钢板等）； 4) 无严重的心、肺、肝、肾等器官功能障碍。 （2）对照组：肝脏良性病变队列——前瞻性招募2025年06月至2028年06月期间于山东大学齐鲁医院进行手术治疗的肝脏良性病变患者。 纳入标准： 1) 年龄≥18岁； 2) 无幽闭恐惧症、无金属植入物（心脏起搏器，钢钉钢板等）； 3) 无严重的心、肺、肝、肾等器官功能障碍。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Obesity Cohort — Prospective inclusion of obese patients undergoing weight-loss surgery at the Department of Bariatric Surgery, Qilu Hospital, Shandong University, from June 2025 to June 2028. Inclusion criteria: 1) Obesity patients (BMI >= 27.5 kg/m2 with obesity-related comorbidities, or BMI >= 32.5 kg/m2); 2) Age >= 18 years; 3) No claustrophobia, no metallic implants (e.g., pacemakers, metal plates, etc.); 4) No severe organ dysfunction of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, etc. (2) Control group: Benign liver lesion cohort — Prospective recruitment of patients with benign liver lesions undergoing surgical treatment at Shandong University Qilu Hospital from June 2025 to June 2028. Inclusion criteria: 1) Age >= 18 years; 2) No claustrophobia, no metal implants (e.g., pacemakers, steel pins, or plates); 3) No severe organ dysfunction of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, etc.

排除标准：

（1）肥胖症队列 排除标准： 1) 不能耐受检查或图像质量不佳； 2) 不能按时完成随访； 3) 既往肝脏恶性肿瘤病史及其他恶性肿瘤病史； 4) 既往接受过减重手术治疗。 （2）对照组 排除标准： 1) 不能耐受检查或图像质量不佳； 2) 既往肝脏恶性肿瘤病史及其他恶性肿瘤病史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Obesity cohort Exclusion criteria: 1) Unable to tolerate the examination or poor image quality; 2) Unable to complete follow-up on time; 3) History of liver malignancy or other malignancies; 4) Previous weight loss surgery. (2) Control Group Exclusion Criteria: 1) Unable to tolerate the examination or poor image quality; 2) History of liver malignancy or other malignant tumours.
