研究目的：

加强急性胰腺炎患者对疾病认知，掌握预防知识，并为临床患者护理预措施提供参考，有利于降低急性胰腺炎的复发率，提高患者的生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Strengthening acute pancreatitis patients' understanding of the disease, helping them master prevention knowledge, and providing references for clinical patient care measures are conducive to reducing the recurrence rate of acute pancreatitis and improving patients' quality of life.

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁; 2.符合《中国急性胰腺炎诊治指南(2023)》急性胰腺炎诊断标准; 3.说话自由清晰，同意参加本研究，并签署知情同意书; 4.具有高中及以上文化程度。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis (2023); 3. Speak freely and clearly, agree to participate in this study, and sign the informed consent form; 4. Have a high school education level or above.

排除标准：

1.患有其他严重疾病者，如心、肝、肺、肾功能不全及恶性肿瘤等; 2.处于妊娠或哺乳状态者; 3.既往有精神病史者或存在认知功能障碍者; 4.存在沟通障碍，无法完成本次研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with other serious diseases, such as heart, liver, lung, kidney insufficiency and malignant tumors; 2. Pregnant or lactating; 3. Those with a history of mental illness or cognitive dysfunction; 4. There is a communication barrier that prevents the completion of this study.

本研究严格按照纳入标准和排除标准，将入选的研究对象进行编号，用Excel表格进行简单随机分组。具体操作步骤：对所纳入的研究对象进行编号，打开 Excel 在第一列输入编号；在第二列输入“=RAND（）”，下拉得到随机数字 1，复制该列随机数字1（仅数值）到第三列得到随机数字2；将随机数字2进行升序排列，取前二分之一为对照组，后二分之一为观察组，形成最终的随机分组。对照组实施常规高血压健康教育，观察组则实施基子BCW 理论的健康教育。两组患者使用设施相同，接受的常规护理措施基本一致。

In this study, the selected subjects were numbered in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and simple random grouping was performed using an Excel spreadsheet. The specific operation steps are as follows: First, number all the included subjects and enter the numbers in the first column of Excel. Second, input "=RAND()" in the second column and drag down to generate random numbers (referred to as Random Number 1). Third, copy the values of Random Number 1 (only numerical values) to the third column to obtain Random Number 2. Fourth, sort Random Number 2 in ascending order, take the first half as the control group, and the second half as the observation group to form the final random grouping.
