研究目的：

探索侧卧位及仰卧位条件下，内镜超声引导测量门静脉压力梯度（EUS-PPG）测定结果的一致性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the consistency of EUS-PPG(Endoscopic ultrasound-guided portal pressure gradient) results in lateral position and supine position.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)拟于我院行 EUS-PPG 测定的门静脉高压症患者； (2)年龄在 18~75 岁之间；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with portal hypertension who were scheduled to undergo EUS-PPG determination in our hospital ; 2.Aged between 18 to 75 years old ;

排除标准：

(1)合并心、肝、肾等重要器官严重功能不全者； (2)合并严重感染等并发症； (3)耐受性及依从性较差者； (4)凝血功能较差；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe dysfunction of important organs such as heart, liver and kidney ; 2.Complication such as severe infection ; 3.Poor tolerance and compliance ; 4.Poor coagulation function.
