研究目的：

1.比较甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑与丙泊酚对超高龄手术患者术后谵妄发生率、持续时间及严重程度的影响。 2.分析两种麻醉药物对超高龄患者术中血流动力学稳定性、炎症因子水平的影响。 3.评估两种麻醉药物的苏醒质量，包括术后苏醒时间、拔管时间、不良事件发生率等。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To compare the effects of remimazolam mesylate and propofol on the incidence, duration and severity of postoperative delirium in very elderly patients undergoing surgery. 2. Analyze the effects of two anesthetic drugs on intraoperative hemodynamic stability and inflammatory factor levels in extremely elderly patients. 3. Evaluate the recovery quality of the two anesthetic drugs, including postoperative recovery time, extubation time, and the incidence of adverse events, etc.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥80岁的超高龄患者； 2.ASA分级Ⅰ-IV级； 3.拟行择期手术，手术时间≤3小时； 4.18 kg/m^2≤体重指数（body mass index ，BMI）≤28 kg/m^2。

Inclusion criteria

1. Extremely elderly patients aged 80 or above; 2. ASA classification grades I to IV; 3. Elective surgery is scheduled, and the operation time is no more than 3 hours. 4.18 kg/m 2 <= body mass index (BMI) <=28 kg/m 2.

排除标准：

1.术前合并严重心肺肝肾疾病（如Child-Pugh C级、心功能Ⅳ级）； 2.严重神经精神疾病史（如癫痫、精神分裂症）； 3.酒精或药物依赖史（如苯二氮?类药物）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative complications of severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases (such as Child-Pugh grade C, cardiac function grade IV); 2. History of severe neuropsychiatric disorders (such as epilepsy, schizophrenia); 3. History of alcohol or drug dependence (such as benzodiazepines).
