探讨妊娠早期、中期、晚期确诊为 GSCH 患者产后甲状腺功能转归的情况及其影响因素  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the postpartum thyroid function and its influencing factors in patients with gestational subclinical hypothyroidism (GSCH) diagnosed in the first, second, and third trimesters

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.孕期 FT3、FT4 水平在正常范围，TSH 水平高于 4mIU/L；
2.年龄≥18 岁；

Inclusion criteria

1.A TSH level above 4 mIU/L with normal FT3 and FT4 levels during pregnancy; 2.Age >= 18 years;

排除标准：

1.曾行甲状腺手术、经甲状腺放射性治疗、自身免疫等所致的孕前甲状腺功能减退者；
2.垂体 TSH 瘤、甲状腺激素抵抗、药物性等因素等导致的 TSH 升高者；
3.孕前具有高血压、糖尿病者，具有吸烟、酗酒、药物成瘾等不良生活习惯者；
4.GSCH 确诊孕周不详者；
5.分娩后未停用优甲乐者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pre-existing hypothyroidism with a history of thyroid surgery, I-131 therapy, or autoimmune disease;
2.Elevated TSH levels due to TSHoma, thyroid hormone resistance, or medications.
3.Individuals with unhealthy lifestyle habits, such as smoking, heavy alcohol consumption, or drug addiction;
4.GSCH cases with missing data for gestational age at diagnosis;
5.Patients who continued taking levothyroxine postpartum;
