研究目的：

（1）构建健康体检人群 亚实性肺结节高质量、多模态、大样本纵向随访数据库，进行系统性流行病学研究，探讨 亚实性肺结节的病因学、生长动力学等； （2）探讨自身抗体与亚实性肺结节关联关系，亚实性肺结节发生发展的免疫学成因； （3）构建 亚实性肺结节的风险预测模型，提升风险预测模型的预测效能，实现健康体检人群亚实性肺结节的个性化健康管理。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Building a high-quality, multimodal, large-scale longitudinal follow-up database for subsolid pulmonary nodules in a health examination population, conducting systematic epidemiological research to investigate their etiology and growth dynamics; 2. Exploring the association between autoantibodies and subsolid pulmonary nodules, and elucidating the immunological mechanisms underlying their development and progression; 3. Developing and validating a risk prediction model for subsolid pulmonary nodules to enhance predictive performance and enable personalized health management in the health examination population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）亚实性肺结节，包括纯磨玻璃结节和混合密度结节； （2）直径大小为4-30mm； （3）孤立性肺结节（单个肺段仅有1个结节）； （4）自愿签写知情同意书，愿意参加本次研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Subsolid pulmonary nodules, including pure ground-glass nodules and mixed-density nodules; 2. Diameter ranging from 4–30 mm; 3. Solitary pulmonary nodule (a single nodule located within one pulmonary segment); 4. Participants who voluntarily signed the informed consent form and agreed to participate in the study.

排除标准：

（1）多发性结节； （2）5年内患过恶性肿瘤； （3）孕妇及哺乳期妇女； （4）有严重的心、肝、肾及精神疾患者； （5）不愿签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Multiple nodules; 2. History of malignancy within the past 5 years; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Severe cardiac, hepatic, renal, or psychiatric disorders; 5. Individuals unwilling to sign the informed consent form.
