研究目的：

总结清醒ECMO救治儿童急性爆发性心肌炎的疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To summarize the efficiency and safety of awake ECMO in rescuing pediatric acute fulminant myocarditis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a.可逆性心肺功能衰竭；
b.无不可逆神经系统损伤；
c.无ECMO支持禁忌证：如不可控制出血，机械通气时间大于10天等；
d.家属知情并同意接受清醒ECMO。

Inclusion criteria

1. reversible cardiac and/or pulmonary failure;
2. without irreversible neurological injury;
3. without ECMO contraindications: uncontrolled bleeding, more than 10 days of mechanical ventilation;
4. the patients agree with awake ECMO support.

排除标准：

不可逆性心肺功能衰竭
脑死亡患儿
不可控制的出血
家属拒绝ECMO支持

Exclusion criteria：

1. irreversible cardiac and/or pulmonary failure;
2. brain death;
3. uncontroled bleeding;
4. the patients refuse to receive ECMO.
