研究目的：

建立TAK临床队列，建立多种暴露-临床特征-代谢-血管功能成像大型数据库，研究多因素对TAK患者临床症状和预后的影响，通过长期随访，为开展随机、对照干预研究提供基础，为TAK的诊疗提供更多的高等级循证医学证据，改善TAK患者的远期预后。  

Objectives of Study：

Tp establish a clinical cohort of Takayasu arteritis (TAK), build a large database of multiple exposures, clinical characteristics, metabolism and vascular function imaging, study the impact of multiple factors on the clinical symptoms and prognosis of TAK patients, and provide a basis for conducting randomized, controlled intervention studies through long-term follow-up, so as to provide more high-level evidence-based medical evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of TAK and improve the long-term prognosis of TAK patients.

纳入标准：

符合2022年ACR/EULAR的TAK分类标准；≥18岁

Inclusion criteria

Satisfy the 2022 ACR/EULAR classification criteria for TAK; >= 18 years old

排除标准：

合并其他自身免疫病；恶性肿瘤

Exclusion criteria：

Co-existing other autoimmune diseases; Malignant tumors
