夫妻之间幽门螺杆菌感染的概率？从基因水平分析夫妻感染的幽门螺杆菌菌株：是否同源？传播方向：垂直传播（儿童期感染）？水平传播（夫妻之间交叉感染）？  

Objectives of Study：

The probability of Helicobacter pylori infection in spouses. Analysis of Helicobacter pylori strains infected in spouses: homology? Direction of transmission: vertical transmission (childhood infection)? Horizontal transmission (cross infection between husband and wife)?The influence of dyspepsia and marriage time on Helicobacter pylori infection in spouses

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.行14C呼气试验检测的患者
2.完整家庭（父母、配偶）
3.患者及其家庭成员一般情况好，能耐受胃镜检查
4.患者及其家属知晓并签署同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. patients who underwent 14C-urea breath test;
2. Complete family (parents, spouse);
3. Patients and their family members are generally in good condition and can tolerate gastroscopy;
4. The patient and his / her family members know and sign the consent.

排除标准：

1.此前4 周内有成员行Hp 根除治疗或服用质子泵抑制剂者
2.合并消化道严重并发症
3.有家庭成员不愿意或因身体原因不能耐受胃镜检查者

Exclusion criteria：

1. members received HP eradication treatment or proton pump inhibitor before 4 weeks;
2. Serious complications of digestive tract;
3. Family members are unwilling or unable to tolerate gastroscopy due to physical reasons.
