研究目的:

构建能有效预测年龄相关性事件的晶状体生物学年龄智能评估模型:采用深 度学习算法进行建模拟合个体衰老水平与晶状体影像特征,构建能有效预测年龄 相关性事件的晶状体生物学年龄智能评估模型并输出衰老风险指数。进一步评估 该衰老风险指数预测个体衰老相关事件发生的能力。  

Objectives of Study:

Constructing an Intelligent Assessment Model for Lens Biological Age to Effectively Predict Age-Related Events: Utilizing deep learning algorithms to model the relationship between individual aging levels and lens imaging features, building an intelligent assessment model for lens biological age that can effectively predict age-related events and output an aging risk index. The model will be further evaluated for its ability to predict the occurrence of aging-related events in individuals.

纳入标准:

1.≥20 岁;
2.性别不限;
3.自愿同意参与本项目,且签署知情同意书;

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≥ 20 years;
2.Regardless of gender;
3.Voluntarily agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准:

1.有高度近视、葡萄膜炎等眼部疾病导致的并发性白内障疾病史;
2.有长期服用激素等药物导致的药物性白内障疾病史;
3.有眼外伤、眼部手术史;
4.无法配合眼科及全身检查;

Exclusion criteria:

1.History of complicated cataracts caused by ocular conditions such as high myopia or uveitis;
2.History of drug-induced cataracts (e.g., long-term steroid use);
3.History of ocular trauma or eye surgery;
4.Inability to cooperate with ophthalmic or systemic examinations (compromising data validity);
