Objectives of Study：

Anatomical structure variation of the internal canthal ligament and its application in the modified canthal plasty prognosis evaluation model.

纳入标准：

1.既往身体健康的中度或重度内眦赘皮患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with moderate or severe internal canthal skin in good health before;

排除标准：

1.瘢痕体质患者；
2.倒向型内眦赘皮、小睑裂综合征等病理型眼部疾病；
3.既往有过内眦赘皮矫正或其他眼睑手术史患者；
4.面部外伤史或其他原因所导致的后天性内眦赘皮患者；
5.额面部急性炎症等不适宜行手术治疗患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with scar constitution; 2.inverted internal canthal skin and small palpebral fissure syndrome and other pathological eye diseases; 3.Patients with a history of previous internal canthal skin correction or other eyelid surgery; 4.Patients with acquired internal canthal skin caused by a history of facial trauma or other reasons; 5.Patients with acute frontal inflammation are not suitable for surgical treatment.
